One to one lessons are a really focused way of learning yoga and is the traditional way that yoga is taught in India.They can be used as a gentle introduction to help beginners on their yoga journey or perhaps you might have an injury or health issue you would like to address. North & Soul Classes
All levels welcome. Enjoy a rigorous but accessible sequence that will challenge and work your body and mind. Classes begin with a gentle warm-up, cultivating breath and body awareness and build into more energetic sequences synchronising breath and movement, developing strength and flexibility. Sequences vary each week. Emphasis is on moving with self-awareness and self-acceptance.
Flow yoga style in a heated room helps to detoxify the body, warm the muscles and joints and flush toxins during practice. This class is a slow, strong flow that gradually builds up to a dynamic breath and movement practice. The class accommodates all levels and adjustments are given throughout.
A school of yoga that is influenced by Shaktism and Tantra schools of Hinduism. It derives its name through a focus on awakening kundalini energy with regular practice of mantra, tantra, yantra, yoga or meditation. This class provides a simple and accessible approach to the spiritual practice which often involves repetitive moving meditation style exercises.
This class is characterised by moving in-between postures through a continuous flow with breath. It aims to energise the body for the day with an uplifting set of postures that open and strengthen the body towards a core pose.
